We currently have a new position and are looking for someone to assist the HR and recruitment team to manage and support various activities and enjoy wearing several hats. The person, although primarily providing support, may be asked to participate in recruitment and or HR processes, team projects, or other related team activities.

What your day will look like:

What your days will look like:
• Perform all administrative tasks related to recruitment (manage job postings, schedule interviews, pre-employment screening, test coordination, candidate follow-ups, onboarding and integration coordination, etc.)
• Entering employee information for all new hires, terminations, promotions and transfers in company systems
• Manage the employee referral program
• Ensure the Applicant Tracking System ( ATS) and Customer Relationship Management ( CRM) platform is accurate and up to date and responsible to schedule regular team meetings to verify and validate info
• Support and participate recruitment Key Performance indicator reports ( KPI’s), stats and reports using CRM, D365, Power BI or Excel.
• Ensuring recruitment team procedures and tools are up to date
• Giving presentations and leading the weekly new employee orientation on a rotational basis within the team
• Support implementation of new HR services as required
• Respond to all employee requests /questions and prepare various types of employee letters
• Perform various HR / recruitment related administrative tasks and support as needed

About you:

About you:
• College diploma or Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources or relevant experience
• 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition/ Human resources in a similar role
• Fluent in English and French verbally and written with excellent grammar and communication skills
• Able to translate in English and French
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Detail oriented , strong time management skill , able to prioritize, multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Enjoys creating reports, tables, and diagrams , pulling stats and working with KPI’s
• Ability to work effectively on several requests simultaneously within tight deadlines
• Ability to quickly adapt in a face-paced environment
