The Team:

You can be part of a dynamic accounts payable team that work collaboratively to get the job done. We are a team of 6 who take care of all accounts payable related tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

You will be given the coaching and guidance to succeed by highly experienced co-workers.

What your day will look like:

- Process a high daily volume of service & inventory invoices
- Review and approval and payments of all employee expense reports and advances
- Prepare disbursement journals so that all payments are done on a timely basis
- Maintain very good vendor relations and responds to all request/emails on a timely basis
- Monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information to ensure accurate and up to date
- Involve in new ERP implementation

About you:

- Bilingual: French and English written and spoken
- Good computer knowledge; Excel Intermediate, Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position

Great if you have:

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (an asset)
- DEC or equivalent an asset
