The Team:

You will be part of a dynamic credit & collection team who work very well together in order to achieve their objectives. The team is challenged daily due to volume and strict requirements.

As the Credit and Collections Team Lead, you will be trained to have a solid understanding of the commercial and financial side of our business and will work closely with our customers and various internal departments. One of the main responsibilities you will have is to guide your team in providing exceptional client service and managing the daily financial transactions end-to end. You will also be expected to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout our entire credit and collections process. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships with all internal departments and assist in improving processes.

What your day will look like:

• Support team with daily tasks
• Monitor and process credit applications, collections tasks and other credit and collection related tasks
• Manage payments received by Genetec
• Oversee the daily customer credit requirements
• Oversee the effective collection of company debt
• Manage miscellaneous reports

About you:

• At least two years of team lead experience
• Interested in Technology
• Previous experience working in a fast paced, technology focused company
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and process oriented
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Great if you have:

• Experience in the security industry
• Great Plains and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
• French, and/or additional languages
