In order to help ensure the end user’s investment, Genetec offers a comprehensive Software Maintenance Agreement available in 1 to 5-year commitments. The role of the Inside Sales Specialist (Advantage Program) is to reach out to our current global customer base to ensure maximum renewal rates of their Genetec Advantage Contract. Furthermore, the Inside Sales Specialist (Advantage Program) will be responsible for promoting limited time offers and offering suggestions on how to improve the current renewal process.


What your day will look like:
• Reach out to existing customers with the objective of increasing the Genetec Advantage renewal rates
• Write-up solutions proposals based on the client’s needs
• Update customer records in the CRM
• Track progress of the Genetec Advantage sales


About you:
• Post secondary education or equivalent experience
• Must have minimum 2 years of internal sales experience
• Strong communication /telephone skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong customer service ethic

Technical Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to be organized, detailed and process oriented
• Goal oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, but within a team environment
