The team:
As a Human Resources Manager, you could be part of a dynamic, creative team of 20 colleagues that have various professional skillsets in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition across the world from Canada to Paris and Brazil. We like to share innovative ideas and work on projects as a collaborative team. With the support of this team and innovative tools and creativity you will be sure to succeed!!!

Responsibilities:

What your day will look like:
• Full cycle recruitment for APAC that includes sourcing passive candidates
• Define HR procedures and policies and ensure are compliant and meet legal requirements
• Define and implement the APAC HR strategy according to the company's strategic objectives and the local requirements (employment, compensation, corporate social responsibility, talent acquisition, etc.)
• Be a business partner and Genetec Ambassador
• Onboarding, coaching and developing the Internship program

Requirements:

About you:
• HR experience with minimum 5 years in similar role
• Experience in creating HR policies and procedures
• Curious and wanting to research new HR ideas to share with the team
• Able to develop strong partnerships with Leaders at all levels and challenge their ideas
• Ideally has experience with using the Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), Teams, D365, Office365, CRM
• Have a valid passport for occasional global travel, flexible to work hours to accommodate teams globally
• Strong business acumen and professional
